Chicken Milanese
On a Telera Roll

Ingredients

-     1 Chicken Breast or Thigh

-     Egg (Number will vary depending on number of servings)

-     1 Telera Roll

-     Tomato, Shredded Lettuce, and Cilantro Leaves to taste

Flour Mixture

-     3 cups Flour

-     1 tbsp Garlic Powder

-     1 tbsp Mustard Powder

-     1 tbsp Onion Powder

-     1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

-     1 tsp White Pepper

-     1 tsp Salt

Garlic Aioli

-     3/4 cup Mayonnaise

-     3 Cloves of Minced Garlic

-     2-1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice

-     3/4 tsp Salt

-     1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

1.     Mix all the flour ingredients into a single bowl to make the flour mixture

2.     Prepare eggwash in a separate bowl 

3.     Pound out the chicken breast or thigh between two pieces of plastic wrap

4.     Dip chicken in flour mixture, then in egg wash, and back into flour mixture

5.     Fry until cooked through and golden brown

6.     Prepare garlic aioli by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl

7.     Toast telera roll, then spread aioli on top and bottom bun.

8.     Put chicken on the roll, then dress with tomato, lettuce, and cilantro to taste
